Where to ship from?
We do not ship from Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We therefore aim to place orders as quickly as possible and you must request any details/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All applications after this time will be rejected. It can be returned and fully refunded after receiving it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We try all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be delivered?
All orders are completed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow adequate time for administration during sick and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of order date and shipped the next day after processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will you take my order?
Due to the reason for the order, an order may take between 2-4 weeks.
What if I don't receive my order?
If payment is not received within 30 days thereafter, please apply for a full refund.
Will you bear customs duties and taxes?
Investigations into our revenue from US taxes, which means you may be officially responsible for paying taxes and taxes once you receive questions. Import duties, taxes and related customs duties may be charged once it reaches its destination, as determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is global and covered.
